It can truly be confusing as to what foods are actually healthy.
A good rule of thumb is to stick to whole foods. Eat things that God made! However, sometimes there are "look-alikes" that you need to be aware of.
Basically if it's not organic or better, there is a good chance it has been bastardized and is merely a food artifact.
Wheat, dairy and various other grains have been subjected to extreme genetic modification and a thorough dousing in very potent endocrine disrupting chemicals.
All of the land-raised meats, again unless organic or better will have been subjected to very serious genetic and chemical alterations. These foods have been proven to be very hyper-inflammatory.
- Only eat organic or better
- Stick with whole foods
- Eat seafood
- Stay away from too many carbs and sugar
- Alcohol is converted in the body, directly into sugar
